1. Agreement to terms

By using tiktokcoins.shopping (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site provides a secure way to purchase TikTok Coins using cryptocurrency (USDT) only. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok, ByteDance, or any of their affiliates.

2. Safe and secure purchases

• Payment only in USDT. All payments are made in USDT (TRC20 or ERC20) to the wallet address displayed at checkout. We never ask for your TikTok password, bank details, or card numbers.
• Secure connection. The Site is served over HTTPS. You should only send payment to the exact address and amount shown on the official payment page after you have created an order.
• Time-limited payment window. Each order has a limited time to pay (e.g. 30 minutes). This reduces risk and ensures your order is processed promptly. Do not send payment after the window has expired without contacting support.
• No account required to pay. You can complete a purchase by following the checkout flow. We do not store your wallet; you control your funds until you send the exact amount to the address we show.

3. Orders and delivery

When you place an order, you agree to pay the displayed amount in USDT within the given time. After we confirm your payment on the blockchain, we will deliver the TikTok Coins to the TikTok username or ID you provided. Delivery is subject to the platform’s rules and our capacity. You are responsible for providing a correct TikTok username or ID and a valid email address.

4. Refunds and support

Refunds and support are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have not received your coins or believe there is an error, contact us via Telegram (link in the footer) with your order details. We do not guarantee refunds for payments sent to the wrong address, after the payment window has expired, or for amounts that do not match the order. We aim to resolve issues fairly and in line with these terms.

5. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any failure or delay in delivery. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. You use the Site and make payments at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site and purchase of TikTok Coins comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Site for any illegal purpose, to impersonate others, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, suspend access, or take other action we deem necessary to protect the Site and its users.
